About Us

Natalie Mhassel and Alanna Jowers are two American fashion designers based out of Brooklyn, New York. They are the driving force behind their label Natalie & Alanna that began in 2010.

Natalie and Alanna both attended the Art institute of Fort Lauderdale. Alanna went on to continue her studies in fashion at FIT NY, graduating with a bachelors and having a strong focus in sports wear, while Natalie continued her studies in fashion at AIU London focusing on marketing. With a long history of friendship going back to middle school and always talking about moving to NYC they went on to start their own label.

“Our inspiration comes from music, art, various sub cultures and films. We want to say something with our designs. Our goal is to bring something truly special to our customer. We want to make our customer feel something when they see our clothes or wear it.”

“We are all about pushing boundaries and rebelling in a way when it comes to our designs by mixing different fabrics together and using colors that people haven't considered in a while. This is what makes us excited when we design.”
